COLLECTING YOUR HIRE VEHICLE LATE
What happens when my flight is delayed?
Please contact us as soon as you are aware of your flight itinerary changing. We will do our best to ensure that we greet you for your booking.
In the event that your flight land outside of our opening hours, please be advised that a Meet Late Arrival (MLA) fee of $100 (excluding GST) will apply to your rental.
EXTRAS
Can I add extras (i.e. Sat Nav, child seat) to my rental when I pick up my car?
Depending on the extra item's availability, this can be requested at check-out. Please bear in mind that if an item has not been requested in advance, we cannot guarantee an item's availability.
Any items that need to be returned will need to be checked in along with your car. Items purchased at the counter that are not required to be returned are the Singapore EFT Cash Card (toll card), and the Malaysia "Touch N Go" card.
