During check-out, every customer receives a 360-degree exterior photo of the assigned vehicle, highlighting any existing damages. If damage is not clearly visible in our system, customers can easily add a photo via the email we send. This ensures that no customer is held responsible for damages they did not cause.
At Avis, we strive to make your rental experience seamless. For vehicle extensions or early returns, simply WhatsApp us at +65 9187 0515 with the details. There’s no need to visit our counter for any administrative work.
We follow a full tank to full tank policy. You can refill with 95-grade petrol at any station. If you choose to pump higher grades like 97 or 98, we'll thank you for the extra care!
To ensure a pleasant fleet rental experience for all customers, we adopt a strict no durian, no smoking, and no pet policy for our vehicles. Our cars are only applicable for personal usage. Additionally, vehicles should be returned in a reasonably clean condition so our team does not need to perform extra cleaning for the next renter.
